  4/3/26 I placed an order at 9:35pm. I ordered everything listed. They gave me 2 strips of bacon broken in pieces. No cheese and barely any toppings. I have it on video. My sandwich was not wrapped properly in the subway double covering and was thrown together and spilling out. I called after once I got home. They picked up then hung up in my face. I called again the next day after speaking via customer service at 1:53pm. Spoke to a worker who then placed the owner there on the phone. She is never there checking on her store so I’m assuming my report got back to her. She got on the phone being very rude, no respect and calling me a liar. Then declined to refund or remake my sandwich. Because I ate it. It was after 9pm so nothing around me was open at the time. She stated she looked at the cam footage and saw that they put more than 1 to 2 strips of bacon and I was lying. If she didn’t over talk me and wasn’t argumentative she would have realized I had recorded what they fixed. I tried to call and they picked up then hung up. I’ve been going to that subway for over 13 years. Despite the food never being fresh, them never having all ingredients and bugs being in the store. Like flies. My family still supported them. We have never had any problems with the service members. But the owner is racist and nasty. No customer service experience or hospitality. Upon my arrival to the store around 2pm. I showed a worker the video of the food I took before consuming it. It showed the disgrace. The owner then popped up being rude once again. I told her to stop speaking to me because she was irrational and did not want to hear my concerns especially after calling me a liar and hanging up. I told her she messed up she then threatened me with the police. Knowing my race she knew that would make me uncomfortable. Not knowing how the situation would work out. I left. I tried calling their 1800 number just to realize they don’t have one. Nor do they have the option to chat with an agent. I had to reach out through tik tok to report what happened.

  I literally just had a baby via C section & we stopped home from seeing her in Birmingham in the nicu. I ate when I got home and all day today I have been getting sick and having to run to the bathroom. Turns out I have food poisoning from y’all. & yes y’all because I haven’t eaten anywhere else. I didn’t eat that whole day and didn’t eat anything after through out the night. Do y’all know how bad it hurts to throw up after having a C-section ? Food poisoning is preventable!!! So whatever y’all are doing to not be clean or using old food ect. Please do better. I have cried all day long from the extra pain from y’all’s location. I don’t like to be like this but I’m in so much pain as it is now throwing up for 18 plus hours now. Do better.

  Best Subway we have been too in a longtime. Fast, very friendly ladies making sandwiches. And the place was super clean! Wish our local Subways back home were this good!
