  It’s great if you love having you and 5 other cars sent to the little waiting spots just so the employees who couldn’t care less about their jobs or service can keep their drive-thru times down, and all this while you wait 15-25 minutes for a couple of burgers and fries. So much time, in fact that I’m able to do this whole review while I’m waiting.

  They don’t salt their fries. At all. If they do, you can’t taste it at all. If you want salted fries then go to the Millbrook or one of the other prattville locations. It’s a night and day difference.

  Took a good while to get my order. Watching everyone working it looked like there was either new people or just bodies ( looking lost or just in a daze).

  Only went to this McDonald's due to the K-Pop promo, and safe to say this will be the only time. My wife was left in the parking lot for more than half an hour waiting for our order to be finished, to the point that the hot food went cold and the Mcflurries melted.

  Service is terrible. Why allow me to order some stuff that yall do not have. Then have me waiting too long for my order. Asked for my food to be fresh & get it cold. Wasted my break coming here. Call up there the manager saying they are waiting on the steak but the steak was cold.
