The person at cash register was barely speaking loud enough sn seemed they would rather not work there maybe they should find a different job. It's customer service not replace me with a computer screen. The food fiest off we ordered a shake at ever other five guys we been to from DC to here have given thr shake out after your food because that makes sense. Why would I want my shake to melt while I'm eating. This is the first one I been to in 10 year least of esting there I qas given it about 10 mins before I received food. Going into the next point it took so much longer then normal. The fries were extremely burnt. Some basic things that five guys has crushed for so long seems like they slipping or this franchise just does not care. The cheery on top is coming up to collect the food and thr cook mean mugging me like we messed up his dsy. I used to think robots taking over these jobs was a bad things now I'm starting to think maybe it's about time.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
