- CCCrystal CCSDec 20, 20251.0We put in an order 2 days prior online for 200 wings (2 100pk classic packs) for an event at 1:30, for pick up at 1pm. Walked into the location at noon to insure they had the order and it would be ready on time. They assured us at 12pm it would be ready at 1 and confirmed they had it after we gave our order number. We arrive at 12:50pm which they could not find our order and had not started it at this point… While the staff was apologetic and mentioning they are having issues with their “future orders” online- it’s ridiculous we popped in to make sure it was square and Wingstop received it (we are from out of state) and then we get there and they literally can’t find the order and it took 10-20 minutes of confusion and copying the order from our phone to finally start it. We are now going to be late for our event- received our hot fries and cold ranch at 1:17- the first batch of wings at 1:22 and the second batch of wings at 1:28. We are now leaving your location at the time we should be serving the food. They also loudly exclaimed if they knew about it they’d have it ready ahead of time when we had already popped in even though we came in an hour before it was due and they confirmed they had it (we put the order in online 2 days prior as well)- they also stated they had a similar issue the day prior with online ordering with someone else. yeah to say we’re never ever coming back to this location for another order is an understatement…. considering we spent over $260.00 for THIS- we will likely be contacting corporate. We didn’t have time to double check our order so hopefully it’s all there and not undercooked due to the rush.

The place is very small which is not a complaint; but there was no trash cans for the public to throw food away so what tables they did have either had left over trash or bag full of trash on them. To get an extra cup of ranch was $2.18 idk who came up with that price.

They got the order wrong almost all the way around and didn't give me 2 items I paid for. The food itself was bad. Sauce was very thin and half the wings of more had no sauce. I did a DoorDash pickup. Picked it up myself. Got home and I can't believe what I'm looking at. I got my money back thru door dash tho so we good.

- HTHailey TroughSep 11, 20251.0honestly was really disappointed, wanted to try wingstop for the first time and got delivery. first off, the classic wings were soggy and seemed old tbh. the boneless were okay, we had three flavors, the barbecue one (saucy ofc) was just messily wrapped in a wingstop paper and thrown in with the rest in the same container? idk if that’s normal but it was so weird to me. the lemon pepper wings taste so lemony it’s like a lemon peel. i wanted sweet tea, i got soda. the fries are extremely soggy, like you cant hold it without it going limp immediately. overall, the ranch was good. other than that, i was so disappointed and mad about this entire order.
