We waited in a line forever, only to find out everyone else had already ordered and was waiting for their food. Several DoorDash Orders popped up as ready while at least 7 people waited for their food. When we ordered we had to correct our order several times for quantity and size issues. These issues occurred because the person taking our order was super concerned with everyone else's job rather than his own. We waited several minutes for our food. We ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo, a Dave's Double Combo, and a Big Bacon Classic. Our order was made correctly and served hot. It had a freshly made taste and was seasoned nicely. The dining rooms were nondescript and bland, the bathroom needed to be cleaned, and the condiment/lid stations needed restocking. They have exactly one soda/drink machine and we had to wait in a sig ificant line to get our beverages. I am not a fan of the freestyle machines in general but this did have a less "chemical" and watered down taste. It's been a while since I have been to this location and the experience did not leave me wanting to go back.
