- CPCailynn PendleyFeb 25, 20261.0I went and ordered a chocolate cold brew, it was literally cold black coffee with the crushed thin mint chunks in the bottom. I went to get it remade because I thought it was COFFEE GROUNDS, and the worker told me that it would just mix in. They need to use an actual flavored syrup to mix with cold drinks.

Sat at the order speaker for 5 minutes with no sound from it at all. After 20 minutes I finally left. The last time I was here the bread was stale, they got my order wrong and instead of fixing it They unwrapped it, swapped the meat and then wrapped it back up, as if I wasn’t going to notice. It was still completely wrong that they just swapped the meat. This location either needs to get it together or they need to close it down

- RTReagan TannerNov 16, 20251.0i went through the line this morning and i had 3 things to order, i ordered one, they rushed me and asked if that was all and told me to pull around, then i ordered the other two and they got irritated that i asked them if they had a certain item. so i get to the window to pay and she says the total but i don’t hear the first time so i ask her to repeat it, she gets an attitude and yells it at me, then proceeds to shove my drinks into my hands. after about 5 minutes, she hands me my food straight into my face shoving the bags too. i don’t think i have ever experienced anything like that before. they’re usually nice and good service. i don’t know if they’re just having a bad day but it was just a really bad experience but if you’re willing to receive a little attitude for some good food then by all means this is a great place to go!
