Today I went to the drive thru and waited about 15 minutes to get my order. The order wasn’t made correctly so I went inside. No one greeted me, so I just started talking. Everyone continues doing what they were doing. Then a young lady acknowledged me. The guy that gave me my order at the drive thru came and asked what was the problem. I told him and his response was ‘what do you want us to do about that?’ I don’t know if it was his way of asking how can he make it right or was he getting smart with me. But we need to work on customer service.
