- NNNathansFeb 12, 20262.0I have made every effort to continue supporting this location because it has honestly been the only establishment in Prattville that consistently delivered exceptional customer service and took care to prepare my orders correctly. However, there have now been far too many instances where my orders have been incorrect. Items have been prepared with missing ingredients, the wrong bread has been used, or the bread has been so hard that it was difficult to even chew. I exclusively place orders through the mobile app, (due to me not living anywhere near this location) which includes a section for specific instructions to make sure my orders are to my liking. Despite clearly selecting my preferences and even reiterating them in the instruction box, my orders continue to be prepared incorrectly. The most unacceptable experience occurred when I ordered five chocolate chip cookies and instead received five BURNT cookies, along with sandwiches made on hard bread. This level of negligence is now draining. It’s good to know others have had good experiences with this location. However, I have not been so lucky anymore.
