  Was picking up for Doordash and being dasher are on time limits, was very slow and wasn't a priority especially being food is paid for ahead of time and not like those just pulling in. Should have a separate system for the Call/pay ahead customer

  I have never eaten at sonic but this place makes me never want to. I have had 2 door dash orders to this sonic and each time was terrible. Long wait times, rude employees. The first time I waited 20 minutes for their order and the lady was extremely rude. The second time was even worse. The same rude lady was there and we waited a long time for them to even come on the speaker. And then after that we waited nearly an hour for the orders. Which was just milkshakes and a chicken wrap. And upon receiving the orders they forgot one of the milkshakes and when I told the lady she rolled her eyes. This place has the worst service I’ve ever seen. I will never come here again.

  Public Service Announcement! This has got to be the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Not only did they have mobile ordering disabled. I stood and watch the entire building ignore the telephone ringing, while I was in front of their store. Customer service here is evidently non existent. I dare say that this is my last time visiting this location. I will gladly go where I will be appreciated as a customer. Beware everyone, you have been warned.

  ordered online. said est prepared time is 5 mins. headed to store and got there within 5 mins. expected to have to wait maybe a few mins over but when i pulled up only 1 car was in the stalls. still had to wait 30 mintues!! before even greeted with a cold “how can i help you” like it was a call center….. do better.
