As far as Atmosphere, you walk up or drive thru. . No real seating area but that might be because a cold front came through this morning and didn't want them blowing away. Our barrista was very friendly, gave us plenty of time to order (our first visit). Price-wise is about the same as Star-something but the people at Dutch Bros were much friendlier.

The employees are always very friendly, which I really appreciate and is a big motivator in me returning. 😊 My first few visits to the Prattville location were great—the drinks were really good, and the free first drink through the app was a nice perk. It made it feel low risk to try out. All it cost me was a bit of time which is always worth it when you’re getting good coffee. 😊 I enjoyed my initial order, so I went back again then again when i was in the area. On my most recent visit, I ordered a large Golden Eagle and the app says it comes with four shots. The one I got tasted like it had two and was mostly milk. My husband also tasted it and noticed it wasn't right. I’ve ordered the golden eagle before and enjoyed it and I am familiar to how it’s supposed to taste. Not sure if the recipe got mixed up or if it was just rushed and extra shots were accidentally left out. I ended up adding extra espresso once i got home to balance it out which definitely sucks but did make it taste more balanced. There was also a little confusion with the online order pickup. While I was waiting, two different employees attempted to offer me someone else’s drink. It wasn’t a huge deal, but moving forward, checking names or drink orders before handing drinks out would help and reduce the back and forth. I was given another customer’s drink before my order was confirmed, so it would’ve been easy for me to leave with the wrong drink by accident. I ordered an iced latte and was handed an iced latte so I actually had to verify to be certain. I decided to confirm the drink with the employee because there was sweet cream on top which I didn't request through the app. If it didnt have sweet cream i would have assumed it was correct since i had already verified my order with another employee just a few moments before and the fact that i could tell it was an iced latte. The last three visits haven’t measured up to my first few visits. I kept hoping it was just an off day, but after three unfortunate drinks, it’s gotten to the point where I’m hesitant to spend money when I’m not sure I’ll get what I ordered and paid for. I think this location might need a bit more support so the employees can keep up during busy times and feel confident with the drinks they’re making. They’re always kind, and I feel like with a little extra help, things could be way more consistent. A few suggestions that might help: - Double-checking names/drinks before handing anything out - Quick refreshers/reference booklet on recipes for popular drinks - A fast quality check before handing drinks out I hope this comes across with kindness — I really do like the team here and would love to see things get back to how good they were at first.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
