- RMRichard MossJan 5, 20262.0Ordered a double cheeseburger meal and a banana split. I had to wait for my order while other cars drove through. No explanation on what I was holding for. About 15 minutes after receiving the food I was able to eat. The burger was a mess with all the ingredients slipping out. Huge pieces of onion which overwhelmed all other flavors. Saddest of all, the banana split was off. The whipped cream had an odd texture, almost like it dried out on top. The ice cream was also off from every other of probably 100's of DQ experiences spanning multiple states and time periods. Normally when I scoop into the ice cream it has mass and resists the spoon. It makes me wonder if the ice cream was watered down or not mixed properly. I've literally never had this experience before with DQ ice cream. I will not be returning to this location.
