  I really love Chipotle. I’ve been here before and wasn’t disappointed at all. But this evening, they have let me down. I ordered a burrito bowl, and I wanted to try the limited Chicken Al Pastor. I asked for brown rice, black beans, the tomato mix, queso, guacamole, and sour cream. I received a large portion of rice, a smaller portion of the chicken, a regular amount of beans, a regular amount of tomatoes, a small amount of queso and a very small amount of guacamole that wasn’t even guacamole. It was just whole chunks of avocado. Which I love avocado but I’m paying an extra $3 for guacamole. The gentleman making the bowl was clearly not waning to be there and seemed annoyed to do anything. He ended up walking away to get something leaving my bowl unattended and me standing there for a good couple minutes. A different person had to come up moments later and ask if that was my bowl and if anything was missing. She then very politely placed a large scoop of sour cream on it, which was more than I would’ve expected but I’m definitely not complaining. I paid and she told me to have a wonderful day. The food as always is delicious. And after looking through it the sour cream mixes with the food and makes it hard to tell the queso and meat, but you can see the tiny portion of guacamole that’s only chunks of avocado.   I love when I pay almost 20 dollars for a burrito and get a badly wrapped taco (i didn’t take a bite it’s just horribly wrapped for people who do this all day)

  Always busy and the food is always good. They have some staffing shortages and the folks who are working make it happen seamlessly.

  Horrible customer service. I walked in and ordered three of their new chicken protein cups. The worker put half a scoop in the cup and didn’t even fill the tiny cup with chicken. when I asked for a whole scoop the rude lady next to her chimed in and said they only give that much. I told her that yesterday they filled the cup up and she said yesterday they did it wrong. They need to hire people who know what they’re doing because clearly this lady doesn’t have a clue about dealing with customers. First time I’ve ever walked out of a chipotle mid-order. Instead I went straight to Popeyes and ordered blackened tenders and they actually gave me one extra without me asking. That’s how you take care of the customer. Chipotle could learn something from them.

  This place was very dirty, trash everywhere, no table was cleaned, out of most of the food( I hope i don't get sick) the beverage bar was so messed up, and employee came to it two times and never bothered picking anything up, I can't believe the management let's this place go like this. Came here once before and posted the same thing, thought I would give them another chance, never again!
