Where it is positioned in a little strip mall with parking only in a large parking lot hundreds of feet away shared with other business such as Publix gives very little parking. They suggest that you pick up in rear but going to the back of the building.. behind a lot of other Businesses and smelly dumpsters after dark was TOO scary. We didn't know exactly where the pick up window was we just kept driving until we saw something that looked like a pickup window and had to ask if it was Papa John's. We probably won't be going back there. We'll find a better more convenient location

Didn't have my phone so I'm out of luck with that one. So I ordered a large with 2 toppings. Bummer. I waited 15 minutes and came back for my pizza. The girl asked my name, put my pizza on the counter, turned her back and simply walked away. I said, thank you, she said nothing. No thank you. No nothing. I can't believe Pike Road would have nasty people working there. Especially when Publix is next door with awesome people working there. With that being said, I will not be back. Plenty of other places I can have a good experience at. Should have tried mellow mushroom I guess.
