The outside looked very promising, however, inside there was a unpleasant fishy smell.
The cashier was notified of a cock roach in the facility, which was ignored. There were also dirty tabels so no one could eat and the smell was just terrible.

Unfortunately, the same or just a hair better than the one on Wynton in Columbus. Everyone was having a ball about an hour and a half before close. Waited five or ten minutes to get greeted to place my order. Had to continuously just try to get their attention. The fries were really cold and
the burgers were questionable. They had exactly zero smell, chewy, cold and honestly they could have been there for days. I couldn't tell you about the rest of the meal because I didn't get it. After waiting four or five minutes at the payment window because they didn't say which window I drove to the second... Where I also had to wait 3-4 minutes to get their attention... And then they had to come get my payment and joked about how he was fired. I would have walked in and fired EVERYONE.
The biggest part of the order was missing so when we got home and informed them over the phone they wanted us to ride back because they didn't have a system to keep up with it... Granted, this was 10PM after a long day on a friday night. It was always a treat to go grab some wendy's growing up but they've just gone so far down hill, here locally.. I can't speak for everywhere but for Wynton and 280 bypass... Safe to guess they are under the same ownership...Just assuming ( franchise). Last three meals, both places have just been legally passable as edible..and the service is... I don't know...2/10...giving you some food that's sat under a heat lamp for hours when they are done cutting up and ready to cut eyes at you. I'm being nice the best I can.. Just it's too expensive to keep trying it and everyone throwing their meal away. Not to mention having to literally wave your arms around to see if the only car on the drive through can get their meal fifteen minutes later when they're playing around.
I ordered and paid through the app. When I arrived, I was told they did not have the salad I ordered because they were out of lettuce. They offered no solution. When I asked if they were going to refund the order, I was told I had to do it through the app (which has no clear refund option available). I was rushing for work so I now have no lunch on a 12hr shift and no refund. I ordered from Wendy’s on 280 byspass in Phenix City, AL in front of the Walmart Supercenter. I would not recommend mobile ordering.
Everything was dirty. Tables, counter, drink machine, floor, everything unclean. The ice machine and ketchup dispenser were empty. The self serve drink dispenser was covered in dry splatter. Just disappointed because we love Wendy's food. The food was decent.

I gave a one star because of the pre packaged sauce. I went to get a $6 biggie bag and waited on the lady to take my order maybe 10 minutes. When I got to the window, I had to tell her what I wanted 3 times before she got it. The employees were in the back arguing and also tried to give me a hamburger that had been sitting there prior. They forgot my sweet chili sauce for the nuggets so when I went back and went inside, this is what I'm greeted with trash everywhere. They lived up to the reviews on Google with this visit and I will not be back.
