- SLSharon LukeMar 24, 20261.0I love subway but I wouldn’t go back to this one if it was the last one in the world!!!! This was my first and last visit to this location on Highway 431 in Phenix City, Al. Service was horrible got nothing but attitude from the cashier which was the person who fixed my sandwich!! The bread looked hard so I ask her was it hard she said no and sure thing it was!! This is not the job for her!!! Oh yeah the bread was to hard for me to even eat the sandwich so I lost all the way around!!! Y’all I was warned by a friend that stayed across the street near this location but I didn’t listen he said he has tried it 3 or 4 times and every time it was something different wrong . EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE TOTALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!
