  I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER A FOOTLONG CONEY AGAIN! How can you serve OVERCOOKED HOTDOGS 😩😩😩 Who serves that? Pay attention to your inventory when it’s cooking. Don’t serve tough/dry/overcooked hotdogs and cover it with CHILLI….like my taste buds don’t work! Do better SONIC OF PC!

  whoever is the day time manager or whoever is on the speaker is beyond rude . they will have you sitting at the drive through for over 20 mins without saying anything. and it’s only when the lady manager is on the shift . when the man manager in on shift everything is wonderful . she is beyond rude and running this place of bus in the ground.

  Service was extremely slow and no one ever spoke in the drive thru so we had to park the car and walk up front to order. All we wanted was a Milkshake and Bag of Ice. Note that we did arrive around 5pm probably a very busy time to go tbh. I think they may actually be short on staff maybe because it said they are Hiring on the printed receipt. Still 🩷 Sonic!! 💯

  The manager on shift at Summerville rd. Phenix city al was an older lady and was extremely hostile to us, the messed up our food, we were very polite and asked for them to fix it. She snatched the receipt and the food she accidentally gave us. Came back out and only gave us 1 of 3 missing items before proceeding to say they gave us everything. There was no need to be hostile while a customer is being polite.
