  I tell you this has got to be the worst McDonald's that I've ever been to in my entire life. The service is absolutely terrible. The employees are rude. The ice cream machine has not worked in almost 6 months. They act like it's a hangout place in here. They don't ever have condiments available. They never have nothing. Stay away from this joke of a McDonald's

  0/5 Stars. Because this location is close to my home, I have attempted this restaurant a few times over the last 4+ years in hopes that it will get better. But it just never changes. It's honestly amazing to see their resilience towards operating a quality restaurant. I know it's fast food, but there are some out there that actually try their best to have decent customer service or serve edible food or take less than 30 minutes to cook chicken nuggets and fries that turn out to be cold by the time you get them. I will go out of my way to go to a different McDonald's if my kids just have to have it. But I will forever avoid this particular location. Not sure if there is a different owner or if it's the manager running it, but this store is absolute garbage. It is 100% guaranteed if you eat here, you will wait forever on your food. The staff will be rude, and you may or may not get what you ordered. They just need to give up on this place. It's a liability at this point and a little comical. Anyone in the area, just drive a few miles up the road and hit a different location. LITERALLY ANY OTHER LOCATION. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! 🚫

  Always love the atmosphere at McDonald's. I enjoy using McDonald's as a quiet place away from distractions in my life.

  Manager does not know how to rectify wrong doing like when giving people their money back when overcharged. She was argumentative and stated she could not refund money when proof provided that my daughter was wrongly charged. All employees fail at paying attention to detail from charging incorrectly to giving the wrong food. I left without my daughter’s money because I was done entertaining the incompetent manager by continuing arguing with her. 0/10 recommendation, find somewhere better to go with better service. Save yourself the time for cold, grade D food.
