I'll go across the street to Culver's. The food isn't prepared properly. They don't accept app rewards or offers. They just refer you to the highway 80 location. I won't be be visiting this location again.

We went today and the food was hot and the sweet lady that brought us our food was so sweet. She was singing and just the sweetest! Highway 80 in Phenix city Wendy’s is the best!!

I have been through the drive thru twice this week. The food was good but my praise report is on the The lady running the drive thru she had the best personality. Customer service was an A+. I dont know her name but if you go thru the drive thru you will know when its her. Wendys give this lady a raise this is service done right and now a days this is very hard to find.

They goty order wrong an I didn't get a receipt. I ask for 3 biggie double stack meals an got sum burger wit bacon and I don't even eat bacon...So disappointed and then I called an no answer...
