When I asked a question about a Combo she snapped at me like that’s what you asked for when I was just trying to see what came with it because I didn’t know the menu. But when we got it, the shells on tacos were limp and chewy like they were sitting with filling too long . The stuff inside the shell was cold like it had been prepared ahead and sitting. This happened twice now and we wished that we would have went to firehouse subs next door. We understand this is fast food, but how long does it take to fill a taco shell? We will not be back.

Employee walks in from taking out trash cans with food gloves on that is against health Code. Taco Bell you need to train your employees better at customer service and the health Code. Did not order.

I asked for the fries to be recooked to be fresh, and that if I had to wait on fries that everything else should be made fresh also. Jeffrey P the cashier began to get rude stating on headset “can you come refund this shit” “I’ll just give you a refund”. Then he closed and locked the window.
