When I arrived at the store to pick up the door was locked. 2 girls were inside the building literally trying to hide behind shelves and the counter. They refused to even come to the door. If you don’t want to make the food, cool whatever but at least give me back my money!!! I have called multiple times (they never answer phone literally rings 100 times) I’ve gone in and told they can’t help me bc there is no manager on the weekends, refuse to give out franchise owners name and number, and here we are 3 days later and I still have yet to talk to anyone or get my 35$ back. So if you happen to be the owner reading this please get in touch with me asap. I don’t want to have to be a Karen and this is the first time in my life I’ve ever had to do this but I will. Please do not make me be a super petty person over 35$ bc honestly you guys are pushing me to that point. Do better! If you don’t want to make sandwiches, get another job!

After 2-3 mins of standing there someone finally comes out of the back. I get my sandwich made and go to pay and there is a roach crawling across the counter. I let the girl know and she responded with I am not sure what you want me to say. She stated there was no management there but she would let someone know. I have tried calling them for 3 days now and no one will answer the phone. Tried to call the customer service number and it gives a prompt then hangs up.
