I placed a DoorDash order for two smash burger meals, a Wacky Pack, and a soft pretzel. When the order arrived, the burgers and tots were missing, and I was still charged full price. I only received the drinks, the Wacky Pack, and the pretzel.
After contacting the store, I was told they were out of the smash burgers and tots. So the store knew the main items were unavailable, still sent the order anyway, did not substitute anything, did not properly report it, and let me get charged for food I never received.
When I came in person to get it fixed, the manager on duty was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She kept telling me DoorDash would refund it, even though DoorDash had already denied the claim. Instead of taking responsibility for a problem the store admitted it caused, they tried to pass the blame.
I eventually got substitute food, but only after way more back and forth than should ever be necessary. If you are out of items, you do not send half an order, charge full price, and then act like the customer is the problem for wanting it made right.
This whole situation was handled poorly from start to finish, and it says a lot about how this location is run.
