The Papa Tracker was not working at all for the first 45 minutes we waited so we had no idea or notification regarding the status of our pizza. Once a full hour's time had elapsed, I checked again to see if the Papa Tracker was working and it was - showing our pizza as delivered. Weird because we had been sitting in our front room the entire time. We looked outside and found our pizza sitting ON THE GROUND outside in freezing cold weather. No knock, no doorbell ring, NOTHING. This delivery person just left the hot food we purchased sitting outside on the ground in the cold. Absolutely unacceptable. A true disappointment. We were also missing the additional sauce and seasoning we purchased with our order as well.

I will no longer be purchasing from papa John’s. The company is taking the cheap route to outsource delivery yet they still charge a 5.99 fee . Sales will decline like crazy unless they regain integrity . Pay their delivery drivers and stop outsourcing!
