It was probably due to the well done steak ordered by my nephew. I requested extra alfredo sauce for my pasta because it was a little too bland for taste. Overall I was satisfied with my meal , shrimp alfredo & a side salad.

Maybe that shoulda been the forewarning of what was coming or maybe the waitress crying in the bathroom should have been (hope she’s okay) or maybe sitting at the table for 30 minutes before we ever got drinks should have been the forewarning to my husbands rare ribeye (we both ordered med rare but I got a filet that was good) no refills and I mean NO refills even when I asked for a refill. I had to beg for a refill. Workers are standing around chatting and laughing. Glad they’re having a great time. You know it’s bad when other customers at nearby tables chime in and say our food was raw and we had to beg for refills too. The service was so horrible even after our waitress 8 people table left! I was hoping the kitchen would be better but my husbands raw steak says otherwise. Avoid this location like the plague!!!!!

This is the second time we've been here and not only was the service PERFECTION and the food was simply CHEF'S KISS, but let me tell y'all how these folks made mine and my husbands birthday dinner so special! We were out for an early birthday dinner last night with our day being today (Sunday) and when asked if this was a special occasion we told our wonderful waitress that our birthday was the next day. Not only did we both get our complimentary hot fudge Sundaes WITH CANDLES but they gave us these birthday cards and had the whole crew SIGN it! It was such a wonderful and heartfelt gesture that I will remember it forever. So thank you Outback crew of Phenix City for literally making our night. I woke up this morning and just HAD come give yall a 5 star review. ❤️
