They have had staff members sitting in the lobby while their is a line of cars wrapped around the building. The wait is always so long. They literally do one car at a time. They food is always reheated.

We have to only order from a kiosk, which takes forever if its a line .cant fix our own drinks, due to cutting the machine off, an because they have to fix our drinks, they are half filled with no ice. There's never any napkins or proper lids . And this location is always out on the main brought items. Until the manager gets it together I will not be returning It's a waste now.

I ordered on the app almost 10 min before arriving and I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 mcchickens nothing that would take long and I get up to the window and they tell me to pull up and wait at this point I have waited the 10 min drive there plus another 5 min in drive through and now another 15 mins in the parking lot waiting for my food!

When I got inside no one was at the counter and honestly the place didn’t smell great either. Used to really enjoy coming here but ever since a lot of the friendly female staff left it seems to be going downhill.

I wish they would just close permanently and let someone else take over the building, just because you don't want to clean the machine, you just take the machine out of service. I hope corporate sees this. I hope they fire everyone who is doing this.
