    Waited 45+ minutes for a mobile order, and the app said my food was “ready” when it wasn’t. When I asked the manager about it, she was rude and refused a refund. Then she called the police and falsely claimed I was yelling, even though I stayed calm the whole time. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Corporate needs to look into this.

    Absolutely the worst.... They will not help anyone and make people use the kiosk. They won't help if you need it you will just stand there at the counter while they walk past or ignore you. I just wanted four medium fries and tried twice on the kiosk and sent it to the register to pay. No receipt popped out and no one came to the counter. 20 people standing around waiting for help only two kiosks and everyone's food took forever.

    They always wanna ask are you using the mobile app knowing Dorn well they have it turned off is never ever on that just like they don’t know what I’m talking about

    People at the window were all very sweet. I got the grinch meal. It didn’t come with the box or the bag you’re supposed to get to shake the salt and fries together. My large fries were old, cold and only half full. My filet of fish was also cold. They didn’t put give me the sauce I requested for the nuggets either. Really disappointed in the food quality and attention to detail. If you aren’t going to give the boxes at least make sure everything is in there and fresh.
