- KRKahlishia Ryles4 days ago5.0The vibes here are very nice! I can tell that the workers truly enjoy their job. Everyone was so very wonderfully sweet. This was my second time coming, and i’ve been having great interactions with the workers when I come so far. The service is incredibly fast in both drive thru and walk-up. The coffee is great, and there is SUCH a huge variety of drinks for everyone to choose from. If one drink isn’t your thing, you can always try something completely different. I believe this spot was definitely a great addition to Phenix City!

Iced green tea with sugar free peach was basically peach syrup water. Sugar free rebel with boba was okay but nothing special at all. Really not worth the hype at all and would get coffee literally anywhere else

Staff was so nice and friendly and my drink was as delicious as I hoped it would be! All new things need time to work out any issues. At this location, I'm very curious as to how they'll manage the long car line; I imagine their neighbors aren't going to love that. Either way, I'm stoked DB is finally closer to me, and I'm sure they'll have logistics figured out in no time! ✌️
- TTT TJan 1, 20261.0As an avid DB enjoyer, this location disappoints. Rude employees, and horribly made drinks. My drink was made incorrectly so they begrudgingly fixed it. The other drink however, tasted like burnt yet watered down coffee with some flavoring added. They have the music so loud that they cannot hear you speak, so they eventually give up and just shrug their shoulders at you. DB is known for its amazingly friendly employees, so this is a let down. Not surprising, however. Kind of regret leaving a tip. This chain is best in the South-West.

What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!
Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
