- MCMrs COct 18, 20253.0This place is hit or miss. First off, the serving counter never seems to be wiped clean. Actually, it has been pretty bad most times. They don't seem to clean up the counter when things are wasted. Also they do not do a good of keeping the toppings separated. There always seems to be something dropped in the sour cream. As far as sanitation goes, I witnessed one employee using his hands and a serving spoon to put food on to a bowl. Let's move on to service. For the most part , the employees are pretty nice. However , when I entered the store this evening , there weren't any other customers there. I waited about 5 minutes and no one acknowledged that I was there. Very disappointing. Finally , I should mention there is no health food score posted in the customers line of sight. I'm not. Sure if this is an oversight but I did look around for this prior to leaving. And, Yes I did decide to leave because I was tired of waiting.
