    Young lady in drive- thur was very pleasant, I ordered the meat and 3, fries were old you can taste the grease and too crunchy they were not fresh, chicken sandwhich could have bee fresh, bread tasted gummy, mozzarella sticks were great, peach cobbler roll could have been dipped in brown sugars it was okay. This is the Arby's in Phenix City, AL. Normally my food is hot and fresh. I definitely will order this again as it gets you full.

    My Partner and I ordered through the app 2 milkshakes last night, 12/6, around 8pm. Our order was confirmed. She went to pick them up through the drive-thru. Upon arriving she saw a sign saying their milkshake machine was down. As she was in the drive-thru and on the phone with me I heard their interaction. She said she was here to pick-up a mobile order and the worker said "Was it the two mikshakes?" After confirming that was our order were were informed the machine was infact down. After exiting the drive-thru she called the store to ensure we were getting a refund. To which she was told they can't do anything about it and they have nothing to do with the app. Why did your store confirm our order and then mark it as complete? Our order was not ever completed and should never have been confirmed if you were unable to complete it. Apparently the same shift-lead from last night was there this morning, 12/7 , when she went to inquire about a refund. And again said there was nothing they could do, didnt offer any solutions. Admitted he was the one she'd spoken to on the phone that night and denied ever even seeing our order. Which is a blatant lie. How could you have know we ordered 2 milkshakes if you "never got the order"?? Make it make sense. Make it right. That was the last little bit of money she had and it was basically stolen from us. Untrustworthy and unhelpful place and employees.

    We went through the drive thru around midnight after getting back into town from Dothan, AL from the Peanut Festival. My hubby wanted to try the new steak bites so he made it a combo meal. The steak bites wasn't good at all. Some pieces were hard and the other pieces were chewy. The fries was the best thing. He ordered a Dr Pepper and he didn't drink any til we got home because he already had a soda in his YETI cup. Well, the Dr Peppers syrup needed to be changed out because all he could taste was carbonation. I called the restaurant and of course there wasn't any answer. I called the next day and spoke with the manager on duty and all she said was I'm sorry. I told her about the steak bites meal and told her only 3 pieces had been eaten because it was horrible and asked for my husband's meal to be replaced and she said if you would've called last night, we would've replaced it. I said that's why I'm calling you now because whoever was on duty there last night didn't answer the phone when I tried to call back. I told her I could show her my call log showing I tried to call 3 different times with no answer of their staff and she said I'm sorry but I can't help you since it's the next day. I guess she couldn't comprehend about me calling 3 times the night before after we got home and how my recent call log could prove what I was telling her showing the date & time that I called the restaurant so I basically said to hell with it and decided to let people know about their drive thru service late at night and to make sure you taste everything right down to your soda to make sure it's not just carbonation with a little color of the soda... I only gave 1 stars because I couldn't give a negative star...
