  Tamica was very rude and disrespectful and didn’t even give my coffee instead sat it on the counter and didn’t say one word.

  Don’t even bother coming to this location. Every single time I go they are out of EVERYTHING coffee related. I promise you I’m not exaggerating. I still have yet to be able to order a NORMAL drink off the menu because they’re always out of multiple things needed to make said drink. A coffee shop that is always out of everything needed to make drinks? Make it make sense. I’m tired of getting the nastiest coffee drinks ever because they are always out of everything. Just go to Dutchbros up the road!!! I’ll never return to Dunkin y’all suck

  This place has gone way down hill. They didn't have any donuts. The store is filthy. Employees answering personal cell phone WHILE taking an order at the counter. Saw a blender that had been sitting there for God knows how long, with chunky liquid they poured into a hand washing sink. They then simply just rinsed out the disgusting blender with water from said sink, and made a drink for customer. Never coming back, so gross!

  They had absolutely none of the flavors that we wanted. I understand that they hadn't received their shipment yet, but it was very frustrating and I didn't feel like the employees cared.

  I ordered a gallon of coffee online a week ago now before work. When I arrived I was told that they did not have the correct container and they could not fulfill my order. When I asked for a refund they said they could not help me with that. I also asked for a printed receipt so I could come in later and get a refund. They couldn’t provide me with the printed receipt either, didn’t give me any reason. When I came back after work they were able to provide a printed receipt but told me in order to get a refund that I would have to call their corporate office. I called them, they asked me to respond by email and explain what had happened. I sent the first email less than 24 hours after they did not provide me with the service I had already paid for. After being as detailed as possible the first time they still had the gall to ask me for more information, did not specify what information. This company is a bunch of crooks! I have gone to this store for years at this point and in that time easily spent hundreds of dollars, possibly into the thousands over the course of my life. I can say that without a doubt I will never walk back into a Dunkin for the rest of my life. I will tell my story of this crap business whenever I get the chance.
