Management seems like they want to be friends with staff. Disorganized. Wait forever for food and then it’s cold. Tried this location 4 times over the last few months and it takes a lot for me to give bad ratings.

We wanted our food to go either way since the drive through was open another hour and a half but my daughter needed to go to the restaurant after a long ride and couldn't even do that. This is not the kind of thing you expect from chickfila.

The person who brought our food to the table was also very friendly, and the manager answered some questions we had. The food was spectacular and very fast. The only reason I continue to go to this location is because it's right by my work but I am going to start going to the other one even tho it is out of the way. Better customer service!. This morning I stopped by this location to get the breakfast and when I got to the window to pay the guy looked like I was inconveniencing him he said 8.88 very dry. When he came back with my change and good I told him thank you he just handed me my bags and walked away not the usual chilk fil a greeting you get but hey that's normal for this location.
