    Went through the Drive-thru at this Arby’s and was told to park and wait . I got 3 sandwiches and some fries . I had to wait 25 minutes on 3 sandwiches and fries !!!! Do not go here!

    I waited too long to eat because I have been sitting with my dying grandmother in the hospital. I ordered a half pound, not my normal sandwich, but I don't know when I will get to eat again. They accidentally brought me a regular, and politely apologized. After sitting in the dining area, the staff starts "nutrition shaming" regular patrons who order half pounders in so much detail that I can't believe what I am hearing. I felt extremely uncomfortable and left without ringing the "bell". A behavior also out of the norm, bc I always prefer that staff members feel valued.

    Tried the "steak" bites. This Isn't steak! They're not cooked evenly. Some are overcooked and some are squishy almost undercooked. Seasoning is horrible. The BBQ sauce help mask it. Don't recommend at all. Severely Over Priced as well!!! You're not a steak house yet you have their prices. Ridiculous!
