I was ignored for a few minutes then the manager snached the window open and said very rudely "what do you need"? I told her she forgot my drink and she rolled her eyes then gave me my drink. Very nasty attitudes by all the workers today. Very disappointed in the way I was treated. I won't be back for a while.

I ordered a half pound, not my normal sandwich, but I don't know when I will get to eat again. They accidentally brought me a regular, and politely apologized. After sitting in the dining area, the staff starts "nutrition shaming" regular patrons who order half pounders in so much detail that I can't believe what I am hearing. I felt extremely uncomfortable and left without ringing the "bell". A behavior also out of the norm, bc I always prefer that staff members feel valued.

The BBQ sauce help mask it. Don't recommend at all. Severely Over Priced as well!!! You're not a steak house yet you have their prices. Ridiculous!
