- SDStefan DMar 6, 20265.0Toya was absolutely fantastic! She was working by herself Wednesday night, but still managed to provide me with excellent service and the best Subway sandwich I've ever had, all while preparing the veggies for morning shift as well. And the equipment was very clean, you could tell she knew how to do her job well and took pride in her work. She is the example of what a Subway employee should be and deserves the utmost recognition for her service which goes above and beyond.

I literally watched the worker touch his long ponytail with his gloves still on and then proceeded to attempt to prepare my sandwich with the same gloves. I usually stay away because I have watched him be unsanitary before but against my better judgment I went today. I will not be returning.

I had to tell the young man working there what kind of meat and cheese I wanted five time and he still didn’t add what I wanted I figured okay he still learning gave him the benefit of the doubt. The young lady working there finished my sandwich but continued to rewash the knife a few time with folding the sandwich while adding the liquid in the sandwich. I can not even begin the express how sick I felt watching that but I figured you know what just try it their new give them a chance. I opened up the sandwich and found hair in my sandwich…. I just threw it away. I tried calling the location several times to see if I could get a refund and NEVER once got anyone to pick up the phone. Horrible service overall.
