  Listen… I used to work at Sonic, so I don’t impress easily. I know how chaotic it can get behind the scenes. But THIS location? Different breed. First of all, shoutout to Mr. Philip and Katelyn — I’m pretty sure they’re running the place like a Chick-fil-A undercover operation because the kindness was unreal. Like… suspiciously nice. Are y’all okay?? 😂 We had a little “uh-oh” moment with the app (technology doing what technology does best), and not only was it handled with total grace, but Mr. Philip went full superhero mode and offered my daughter a small ice cream. Just because. No attitude, no stress — just pure “we got you” energy. Elijah was so kind, and when my daughter freaked out about the ketchup, SHE decided to put on her toy- he went and got her a new toy. Meanwhile… my toddler was in the backseat absolutely soaking their rocks in milk like it was a full-blown science experiment. And not once did anyone make us feel like those customers. If anything, they matched her energy and kept her happy — which, if you have a toddler, you know is basically crisis management at a professional level. It’s rare to find genuinely kind people anywhere these days, let alone during a fast-food run. But this crew? Top tier humans. Food was great, service was even better, and my child left sticky but happy — 10/10 experience.

  This location is garbage. Order my food, when i get home its wrong. Take the burger back and tell its wrong and what I ordered. They say theyll remake it, get back home and what do you know, ITS STILL WRONG! Idk if its management or the high schoolers they have working here. This store is garbage, drive the extra couple miles and go to the other Pelham location.
