    Need to get more help up front. It seems like there is a long wait to get your order taken. Too much concentration on mobile orders and drive through not enough on dine In. It’s also like the attic in building might want to get the heat fixed even in Bama

    If you’re looking to place a large ish order, this is NOT where you want to go. I stopped in this morning to order breakfast for me and biscuits in advance for my office. The very nice lady at the cash register asked the manager to speak with me about my order, she (the manager) clearly did not want to speak with me as she was shaking her head and telling the nice lady the reason, she was busy, in front of me. The nice lady said she would be with me in a minute. I then said, “are you sure because it looks like she doesn’t want to speak with me and doesn’t want my business”. She said oh she’s just busy, she will be with you in a minute. The manager reluctantly stopped what she was doing and asked what I needed, 250 plain biscuits, and then declined my request because they were too busy to accept an order of 250 plain biscuits in advance. I personally love Bojangles and was so excited about their return to Pelham, however the last Bojangles in Pelham failed due to lack of service and it looks like this one is set to go down that same path. Luckily Chick-Fil-A was more than happy to accept my order of 250 plain biscuits for a future date, they even said it was their pleasure, now that’s customer service!! Guess I am going to take all by business back to the Chick.

    This is my first experience at this Bojangles and it has been horrible. I’m still currently waiting on my mobile order that was supposed to be ready over 30 minutes ago. When placing the mobile order it gave them 15 minutes to make it. Over 45 minutes for 2 biscuits is absolutely insane. I will not be coming to this location again.
