  There was no one at the drive through when I pulled up at 7:30 am on a Saturday and one person immediately came over and asked what I would like. I placed the first part of my order and then it was dead silence. So I said hello then a different person came over and said he heard me so I asked if he had heard the first part of my order because it was a different person before and he said yes then it went dead silent again. Next another person came on and asked what I would like to which I replied I’ve already placed one part of my order and that I’ve now talked to two people on the intercom then another girl comes over and says they are holding on biscuits which now I’m frustrated so I asked wait your out of biscuits then another man came over and started repeating the first part of my order. I did get my order but lord ya’ll need to get it together. I talked to 6 different people at the intercom l.

  When you think NEW you think QUALITY over speed. They had a lot going on when I went yesterday. Multiple people talking on the speaker. I ordered my favorite Bo biscuits and my children got tender meals. None of the biscuits were fresh. Not the ones with the meals nor the no biscuits which was very disappointing considering they just opened and I don’t think I ever had Bo biscuits that were simply not fresh. It appears the kids were taught on speed and not quality because they were moving so fast they almost dropped my food trying to pass it to the person at the window and hit the button. Something has to change already or this will be another failure like the first bojangles..

  We ordered from Bojangles website for delivery. The order was missing everything. Literally we got the tenders but no sides, no biscuits, only 1 of the 6 bo-berry biscuits, no tea. The lady that answered the phone was super nice and said that we can come in tomorrow and they will remake our entire order, that’s the only reason I gave 3 stars. But what happened to the food taste!!!???? Where are the chicken supremes?!? I literally want to cry, this is not the Bojangles tenders I grew up with. I knew they looked different the moment I opened the container but they taste night and day from the OG supremes. I don’t like them. My husband ate them all because he couldn’t care less, he didn’t grow up with Bojangles so he has only had them a handful of times. Do they not have the OG supremes?? If I order the Cajun filet biscuit will it be different too?!?! 😭😭😭 Thank you to whoever answered the phone and said they will remake the whole order though! Customer service is a 10/10!

  When out to grab my family some biscuits at 6:00pm at night , got there , bout 15 teenagers working , should have know after repeating my order back to them 3 times before getting it right. I pay n get the food, never did check the food till I get home. One I payed extra money for food I didn’t even get… on top of that the steak/cheese biscuit has no cheese on it…don’t mean to be extra on top but also had to wait for this food for about 10mins , which is no problem , but why is the food cold when I got home…. Do not recommend

  I was excited about the opening of this location so I ordered from the app and selected curbside pickup. I get to the location and there's no designated spots for curbside so I just decide to go through drive thru to pick up my order. The lady on the speaker tells me to drive around and I wait a few minutes for the guy at the window to tell me to come inside to pickup. 😡 So, when I get inside, no one can find my order, and there's plenty of people there for the grand opening and no one can seem to tell me where my order is. They remake my order and no one can still tell me what's going on. Keep in mind, there's probably 20 people working and no one can give me an update. I finally receive my order after 30 minutes from when I placed the order and got no apology. I was late for work because of this and still received no response as far as what went wrong. This is unacceptable. As far as appearance, the ham biscuit that I ordered could barely even be called a biscuit. When I picked it up, it felt like just the weight of the paper wrapper holding it together. The bo-rounds were very tasty as was the bo-berry biscuit. I still don't know if I will be back though because of this experience.
