  We went through drive through as we passing through. We have stopped at this locations previous times before. The staff is always courteous, professional, and able to rectify any order problems if something was wrong. This location Everytime we have passed through is super fast and efficient for the drive through which helps you get back on the road to your next destination.

  I cannot believe that I am even writing a bad review for a Chick FilA but we had a terrible experience last night at the Pelham location. Shelley, a manager?, was so rude! We went in for a little birthday dinner for my grandson. There were 5 adults and 3 kids. When my husband asked Shelley if someone could wipe down the table she was so quick to respond rudely that it would be a few minutes. No problem at all. She also questioned my husband on how many of us there was, etc. Sam, a very sweet employee, came over and wiped off the table. A few minutes after that, Shelley came to where we were sitting and again, so rudely asked us if we would be ordering food! I was shocked and confused. We were standing inside the ChickFilA so, yes, of course we were going to order food. (We spent about $100 total after it was all ordered.) She then went on a very loud rant about a family that had come in recently for a birthday and did not order food and brought in BBQ and blah blah blah. I have no idea what that had to do with us. I understand that policy completely. We would never do that. It would have been so nice if she would have just waited to see if we were going to order and then explain the policy IF needed. I have never encountered such a rude ChickFilA employee. So disappointing. :( What happened to --It's My Pleasure! :(

  It’s gone downhill I used to be referred as to Mr. and they would say my pleasure and have a great day now I’m just what’s up bro and bye and all my sauces are always missing

  I recently had a negative experience at Whataburger and went over to this location while visiting the area. Moses at the front cashier station truly helped me and showed compassion. I will definitely be a returning customer due to his attention to detail. This is an employee that most leadership would love. Thank you Moses!

  Our whole experience we felt like we were being punk’d, for those who might remember the show from early 2000s… CFA has ok food, but people go for more than that. We go because it’s consistent no matter which restaurant you go to, they have great customer service, and if there is ever an issue (rare), they fix it apologetically. The manager of this CFA is very obviously stingy and runs a tight budget. We’ve never experienced anything like this, and I felt bad for all of the employees standing around bored, waiting to help customers, but always seemed to have their hands tied because their manager wouldn’t let them help. We ordered through the app for dine in and whoever brought our food to the table only brought a quarter of it to us. We kept waiting and waiting for the rest of it to arrive but after about 10 min, I went up to ask about it. Another quarter of it sat behind the counter getting cold. Got to the table with it and realized they’d forgotten the drinks with the adult meals. Back up to the counter to get them. After a few bites we realized our kids never got their milks. Back to the counter. No exaggeration, I had to keep going up to the counter for things no short of 10 times throughout our meal. Here’s where it gets weird though—every single time I went up to retrieve a missing item, I was asked for a receipt, to prove I didn’t get the ranch I’d ordered or the iced tea. Five employees stood there at the counter waiting for people to come up and order but regardless of which one I asked, they all looked scared to fulfill my request without permission from their manager. It was bizarre. At the end, a part of my plastic wrap container had fallen on the floor, so I went up to ask for a new piece. I asked for a spare container to go and the manager himself asked me which I needed, a top or bottom. I said I honestly didn’t know I’d have to go back to the table and look, so could I please just get a new container. He asked where I was sitting and said “we will bring you one, give us a few minutes” This was AS 5 employees were standing there doing nothing but waiting to help people. Why couldn’t any of them help me?! Why was asking for a to go box such a big deal!? At the end when our kids were eating their ice cream (that was supposed to be held until the end but they brought to us with the meal..) my toddler started having a meltdown for chocolate sauce. When my husband went up to just ask for a drizzle of sauce, the manager himself said sorry, they couldn’t just pour a bit on there, he’d have to charge us…ready for this…44 CENTS. Are you telling me CFA is hurting for 44 cents!? You couldn’t just do the right thing and help out my emotional toddler with a pump of chocolate sauce!? Especially after you’d already royally screwed up so much of our meal!? Guys, I haven’t even gotten to how nasty the food was. The Mac and cheese looked like dry noodles, very little sauce (did the manager skimp on some sauce because he’s cheap about everything else!?) The fries were cold and looked to be still frozen. I’ve never seen CFA fries like this. My husband said his spicy chicken sandwich tasted off, maybe more spice than usual? Finally, my cool wrap had slimy lettuce and nasty slimy chicken, I couldn’t even eat the $13 meal. Skip this CFA location at all costs.
