I was so excited to get sonic tonight because it’s been years. And it was the worst experience of my life and the shake I ordered went everywhere when I picked it up to drink because I guess we don’t know how to put lids on the drinks. Never coming back again. Will stick to eating at Buffalo Wild Wings

I never ever leave bad reviews anywhere but this Sonic has been so bad everytime i go. The screens are almost always broken, the card readers are down and last night was my worst experience :( I had just gotten off work at around 10pm and i went to order 3 items, he cut me off after my first item so i ended up having to place another order in the same stall. I ordered an Oreo Cheesecake Milkshake and what i recieved was genuinely so salty it tasted like nothing BUT salt, and there was no oreo :( I pressed the button again and apologized profusely and ask if i could get it remade, he said "One second". After 15 minutes i finally walked up to the windows and pressed the button, he said "Its going to be a 30 minute wait." Again, i apologized profusely and he slammed open the door and asked what I wanted, i apologized AGAIN and said i just genuinely cannot drink the one they gave me and asked if i could please get it remade. He slammed the door behind him and after standing outside for 3ish minutes in the very cold weather i got my Oreo Cheesecake Milkshake and it didn't taste like a Himalayan salt lamp. The only highlight of the night was our lovely server Amy, thank you Amy im sorry you had to see us press that button 200 times

I left after I waited for like 15 or 20 minute for my order, still didn’t get it, and it was a small amount of customers.

I thought that by trying Sonic in a different state, it would be better, but it doesn’t matter where you get Sonic anymore, they are all terrible. I miss when Sonic drive-through’s were tasty. So sad how this brand has failed.
