Second of all, this lady does not spread out the meat on the sandwich ( chicken bacon ranch footlong) just slapped some cheese on there and toasted it. I should’ve took that as a walk out because you didn’t even have the common courtesy of slightly moving it around where it’d be easier to make the rest of the sandwich. I go on being even more disappointed and feeling disrespected as she slaps what I tell her on my sandwich. Not only that but as she keeps rushing me to tell her the next item and staring at me instead of watching what she’s doing to my sandwich. Worst 14$ ever spent.

The taller black lady is very pleasant, pays attention to detail and makes a great sandwich like she was going to take it home for herself. Always happy to deal with an employee like that.Somehow it makes the meal better and...I tend to come back. That IS the bottom line, right? I do not mean to say other employees are any less helpful or competent.
