- EMElizabeth MDec 19, 20251.0Placed an order at 630. At 730 I go in the store and ask about my order to be told it's not even on the screen yet. I get told it will be at least another 45 minutes before my order will be ready. I ask for a refund as that would be way too late for my kids to eat dinner and am told that it will be 3 days before I would get my refund. No sympathy from the management at this location. They acted like there was nothing wrong with waiting 2 hours for 1 pizza. Couldn't even give me a recipt with the refund amount for my order. I was basically told to put my trust in the management that my money would be returned. I guess I shall see in three days if I get a refund. Definitely will not return to this location.

My wife also said her pizzas the last few times we've gotten pizza from there has been really good, so much so I had to come and give a very positive review. My past experiences have been a mixed of both bad and terrible pizzas. However, recently, like I just said they have really been nailing the crust. The taste of it is superb. I got ham with extra cheese and no garlic crust. My wife got beef and pepperoni also now garlic crust. It was delicious. I talked to one of the guys who brought out my pizza for me cause I'm on crutches and he was very courteous and polite. Ozark Domino's is truly up to par on the pizza wave length and I love me some pizza for sure...and Dominos has been doing a great job. Keep up the good work folks.

A few Sundays ago, my church was doing a large scale event for our kids ministry, Fallapalooza. Adrien Williams went out of his way to get the pizzas completed in a time crunch and deliver them to my church. The GTH kids and staff were beyond happy with the quality of the pizza and let me add that his customer service was ASTOUNDING. There had been some confusion from the call center and I almost canceled the entire order but he really came through for us. He called me back and held to his promise of delivering what we needed, when we needed it! He raised the bar!! Thanks again Adrien!!!

I called and the manager, Jacob, was very apologetic. 3 pizzas with enough cheese for 1. My advice...make sure you open the pizza and check it before you leave the shop.
