  Unfortunately, this location has consistently failed to provide good customer service. Multiple times I’ve placed an order and watched the tracker say my food was being prepared even “in the oven” only to arrive and find out it hasn’t even been started yet. There’s never an apology, just a casual “there are X orders ahead of you.” If this were a one time issue, that would be understandable. But this has happened repeatedly. The lack of communication and the apathetic attitude from staff make it frustrating every single time. Customers deserve honesty and basic courtesy, especially when their time is being wasted. I really hope management addresses this ongoing issue.

  We just ordered over the phone and the guy was dismissive he wouldn't give his name and was short with us as we ordered.. this is the second time we've ordered with them and got crappy service

  Thin crust pizza ordered pie cut. They did the square cut and then pie cut it. We gave a 20% tip plus delivery fee. The delivery driver handed me the pizza. Not a pleasant person but did her job.

  Placed an order at 630. At 730 I go in the store and ask about my order to be told it's not even on the screen yet. I get told it will be at least another 45 minutes before my order will be ready. I ask for a refund as that would be way too late for my kids to eat dinner and am told that it will be 3 days before I would get my refund. No sympathy from the management at this location. They acted like there was nothing wrong with waiting 2 hours for 1 pizza. Couldn't even give me a recipt with the refund amount for my order. I was basically told to put my trust in the management that my money would be returned. I guess I shall see in three days if I get a refund. Definitely will not return to this location.
