  The first order had one pizza that was obviously someone else's and i called to let them know. The worker offered to replace the pizza that was missing with the next delivery driver. 6 hours later no pizza. I called to ask what happened, they immediately owned up to the mistake and sent a fresh pizza as soon as possible. It's rare to find workers who not only own up to their mistake, but also make it right. These workers are working as hard as they can and made sure everything right, even if it was a few hours late. Ozark Dominos has some upstanding workers.

  10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!!! The manager Adrian is always very friendly and personable, the pizzas are always hot and ready on time. My family eats here 3 times a week during baseball season and it’s always a very quick and pleasant experience.

  Always patient customer service when I call in an order with my coupon card even when I'm fumbling trying to get my payment method situated. Always friendly and jovial. Tip Your Delivery Drivers, people!!!

  Unfortunately, this location has consistently failed to provide good customer service. Multiple times I’ve placed an order and watched the tracker say my food was being prepared even “in the oven” only to arrive and find out it hasn’t even been started yet. There’s never an apology, just a casual “there are X orders ahead of you.” If this were a one time issue, that would be understandable. But this has happened repeatedly. The lack of communication and the apathetic attitude from staff make it frustrating every single time. Customers deserve honesty and basic courtesy, especially when their time is being wasted. I really hope management addresses this ongoing issue.

  We just ordered over the phone and the guy was dismissive he wouldn't give his name and was short with us as we ordered.. this is the second time we've ordered with them and got crappy service
