    Terrible. I waited in a line with 2 cars in front none behind. It took over 20 mins and the girl opened the window and said there is just 3 of us here and I’m going home in a minute. The outside doors were locked so no one could go in. This is at 2 in the afternoon ! As I pulled around I saw 5 cars pulled up to go in and could not. And there were about 8 cars in the drive thru. Do not know who manages the store but the employees inside were laughing and cutting up. Sad experience! This franchise lost a lot of customers and money today !

    Absolute worst Wendy's experience ever. Should not take 10 min to get your food and it come out old and cold when you are the only one in line. Do not waste your money dog food would taste better

    My boyfriend and i have eaten here alot and never had any issue but tonight we got 2 double stack biggie meals. The fries were cold, soggy and barely any in the container, the sweet tea which is what I get every time was very bad, the burgers were cold. The kid at the window was more worried about one of the other girls taking a tip she had gotten than she was anything else.
