The lady never acknowledged that I was there and finally after waiting 10 minutes she finally acknowledged me told me order wasn't ready, and it would be another 10 minutes when it clearly was ready and she didn't even check. I called the store to voice a complaint and a nice lady answered the phone she said her name was Dee. I started the conversation with I know Customer Service is dead in our country. She listened to my complaint, validated how I felt and was absolutely the nicest person, she was professional and understanding. She definitely changed my opinion on customer service beening dead. Thank you for handling my situation professional and understanding how I felt. I agree with other reviews. She is definitely a 5 star. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for hiring employees like Dee that definitely treat your customers how they should be treated. 5 star on service in management.

I just wanted to add she could have just grabbed dishes off our table and walked away but she took the time to notice our friend and stop and talk to her. We watched as she greeted tables and gave them the same hospitality and smile she gave us. Thank you Ms Dee for making everyone's experience that day a positive one. - TDTammy DawsonNov 14, 20255.0I just wanted to share my experience the other day at BWW. I was dining in and was with friends our food was good. Server was ok not very personal. We were sitting at our table and saw a lady taking food to a table she then proceeds to come by our table and stops, greets us asks us if we needed anything and I said no. She asked if she could take our dishes we were finished with and we said absolutely. She turns and looks at me and sees I had a few tears and asks me if I were ok and needed anything I told her I had received some bad news about my husband that he needed to be on hospice she looked at me and apologized with such sympathy and explained her husband had passed last year on hospice and asked if she could give me a hug and I said yes. She gave me such encouragement with everything she said and gave me hope that it was going o be ok my entire table was shocked at how sweet, and compassionate she was . I asked if she was a server she said no she worked in carry out. She gave me her number and told.me.if I ever needed anything to call her. I continued to watch her take dishes off tables, go to take out, greet people.at tables. You can definitely tell she loves her job and people. Buffalo wild wings she is a amazing employee and more restaurants need people like her. She didn't have to ask me anything she wasn't even my server. I saw her work circles while others were standing around. If she isnt a manager she definitely should be. More restaurant s need managers like her that work hard, and have the sweetest smile and is so genuinely nice and helpful. I know.this post was long but I just want BWW wings owner and managers know about their employee (Dee)for making our experience a great one. What started out as a bad day ended with me feeling like there are still good people in this world. We will definitely be back.

We’ve never had anybody as good as her. She is amazing. You should give her a raise. She handles all of her customers that way she’s just on top of everything.
