  I ordered a donut with chocolate on top and pudding in the middle and they give me a chocolate donut with a hole in it the employees there are not very nice at all they act like they're better than everybody else

  I stopped on this exit for gas at Sam's Club. On the way back to the highway I saw the gas station so I pulled in for a soda or something for an energy boost. When I saw the Dunkin inside I decided to get a Boston Creme and an energy drink. 2 young ladies working counter and drive thru. So I already know it won't be quick, not that it ever is at a Dunkin, but I don't mind. I never even got acknowledgement from either of them. No, "We will be with you in a minute." No, "Hello" or even a smile. Having worked in a customer service environment for 27 years I at least expect simple acknowledgement. I wasn't in a hurry, but that rubbed me the wrong way and I decided on a Liquid Death and a pack of Reeses sleeps from the store instead. Definitely need a refresher on the customer service training with those two young ladies.

  Save some frustration and go to the other Dunkin in Oxord, the one by the Quintard Mall. Drinks taste different almost every time. Most of the time I drive right past this one to get to the other one in Oxford, eventhough the other one is out of my way. The drinks are consistently correct at the other Dunkin near the Quintard Mall. This Dunkin is frequently out of things - milk, vanilla flavoring, cups, etc. Ovens jave been down several times when I've stopped by. You can just tell that its poorly managed and the employees are often poorly trained. You don't encounter these issues at the other Dunkin.
