  I tried to get a two for six because that's what they had advertised in their window when they went to ring it up said they're always no longer available I said okay I didn't want it told him they should take their sign down woman then got rude and hateful won't ever come here again

  Waited for 15 minutes for q chicken sandwich ended up canceling order. They have nothing ready. The kios was down and they acted like they couldn't place order. Close to the beach you would think they would have food

  Me and my Girlfriend just left. I ordered four sausage burritos, got to the restaurant to pickup, then proceeded to wait about twenty or so minutes for a worker to come up front. The worker said that the sausage burritos are currently unavailable so i tried to cancel the order, but the when i select the cancel action; i am transferred to a error message that says that the workers at the restaurant have already started making the order therefore its unavailable to cancel and get the money back. I requested to speak with a manager but only had a worker going to and from the manager so i didn't get any explanation and i was told that they cannot give me my money back because it was ordered online. The workers at the location were talking and joking around with each other while there were twelve orders on the screen and two people waiting at the register for someone to help them. The establishment was also not very clean, there was visible dirt buildup on the floors, theres dust and cobwebs all over the galvanized ventilation duct in the kitchen and in the dining area. This was the most unpleasant and most uncooperative experience I ever had at any establishment and i will not be returning to this location. Orange beach McDonalds needs to learn from Gulf shores McDonalds.

  Waited in line for over 30 minutes, food was cold. Customer service was not great. The workers walked in circles made the drinks and sat them on the counter. I understand being short staffed, but a sign on the window or notice would be better then a much of customers wondering what's going on.

  Come in yesterday to a mess waited 45 mins for food today they was slow and ordered online ordered a large just to get a medium cup and the manager was rude as hell definitely will not be back to this McDonald’s get it together and just a FYI customer always right yall suck
