  Lemme just say this. If this location is only open 4 to 9, and all of the other locations are open until midnight, that's one big red flag!

  Great experience! Great food! Great price! I was greeted at the door by friendly service. Food was ready on time and was hot. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

  This is a follow-up to the first review I wrote directly to Domino’s about the pizza I received. The pizza was uneven, undercooked in some areas, and the ingredients were not properly placed, which affected the overall taste and quality. After I submitted my feedback, someone from the branch called me and apologized. They told me they would give me a $5 discount or credit on my account to make up for the poor quality of the pizza. At the time, I was at work and very busy, so I didn’t ask many questions— I just accepted the offer. I didn’t save their number, and I’ve been checking my Domino’s account ever since, but nothing was ever added. It has been weeks now, and I’m still waiting for the $5 credit they promised me. Honestly, based on the condition of the pizza I received, I should have been offered a full replacement, but I accepted the $5 because I didn’t have time to take the pizza back or deal with a long process. I’m disappointed that the promise wasn’t honored. I hope the store will review this and follow through, because customers should receive the compensation they are told they will get—especially after receiving food that wasn’t properly baked.

  I ordered from this location in error, due to using the same items....website defaulted to this Orange Beach location, insted of my local Stockbridge, GA location. I called the store when noticed this mistake and waited over 30 minutes until it showed out for delivery and No One ever answered, I had to contact the hotel I stayed at a week prior to advise the delivery driver of this error. I did again contact this location again after calling the hotel and spoke to a lady, who advised would connect me to the manager. Again, I was on hold around 30 minutes before the call dropped after no answer. I called a 3rd time and a gentleman stated that, he would connect me to the manager.....which again I waited on hold 30 minutes to no answer. I had to reach out to Dominos Corp. Customer Care for a refund. I hope to have this problem resolved soon.
