- APansleigh presleyDec 30, 20251.0went in a few mins before 9pm and was told they were closed. the open sign was still on, every sign on the door said they close at 10pm, every light in the store was on and the workers both had gloves on.
- GUGoogle UserOct 1, 20251.0I placed a delivery order through the app and asked for extra sauce, but received 2 dry subs with no sauce at all. I politely called there seeking a resolution and an angry Asian lady answered who told me she had made the sub as she screamed and yelled at me that it was my fault for asking for extra sauce on the side (which I had selected “more sauce” plus asked for a side cup, but didn’t receive any) and then she hung up. I tried to call back with no answer. Despite no resolution, I placed a 2nd order for two more sandwiches. The next order arrived absolutely drowned in an obscene amount of sauce! It was a sloppy, disgusting, inedible and intentional mess. It was made by this same lady. She must have used almost half a bottle of sauce. It appeared as if she took her anger out on the sandwich.
