  Corporate needs to visit this location ASAP. We will never eat at this location again. If you drop my food on the floor - you eat it next time! No ice for drinks, melted frosty, hair in fries, and their tomatoes are old! How they sleep at night knowing they are handing this bag of complete failure out the window is beyond me.

  My family and I went to Wendy's tonight and the service was horrible! The workers acted like we 'inconvenienced' them by being there. The attitudes of the workers were terrible. We won't be back.

  I visited this Wendy’s and ordered a $6 Biggie Meal, but I was charged $7.09. I did not request any size upgrades or modifications. When I asked the cashier if that was the correct price, she told me yes. Some people go back in and change the comp price to get the money at the end of the night. After pulling off, I realized the total didn’t match the advertised price even after taxes. I should have asked for a receipt, but I didn’t feel comfortable going back to argue after noticing employees at the window laughing while I was there. This experience felt unprofessional and disappointing. Customers should be charged accurately and treated respectfully. I hope management reviews pricing practices and customer service at this location. It’s giving fraud.
