  I hate this McDonald’s it’s the worst McDonald’s in the entire world. The employees are rude they don’t have consistent hours they just stopped serving whenever the hell they want. Multiple times have they said they just run out of soda just like random things and if you’re going through the drive-through expect to sit there for 20 minutes.

  Literally takes forever to get the order and it’s 90% of the time missing some of the order. I tried again after months of avoiding it and it was the exact same issue. Not going back.

  Zero stars isn’t allowed and it is truly a shame. The general manager Deesha was so rude and uncooperative. I am a DoorDash driver I am picking up for someone else. McDonald’s gave my order to someone else which is a mistake on their part not my own. The general manager refused to remake it due to her staffs errors. It is a shame a single kids meal with a plain burger is that hard to make. There is a difference between being wrong and being lazy. If this is how your general manager acts as a representative as McDonald’s then McDonald’s has let go of any standard. DoorDash is important too. McDonald’s use to strive to provide the best customer service available now there’s a crew that laughs at people and is belligerently disrespectful. It is definitely time to clean house.

  Horrible experience again at what should be the premier McDonald's in Opelika @ Tiger Town. Restaurant is dirty and in need of a deep clean. Looks like a soda was spilled on the floor and rather than cleaning it they put a wet floor sign over it. Drains at soda machine is clogged and smell foul. Syrup is out on the Coke products. Receipts falling out of the register at bottom on the customer side. 3 screens broke. Come on McDonalds.. get it together

  Some of the workers are terrible! We had to wait several minutes before they could take orders at the drive-thru. Lots of teenagers on their phones playing TikTok, from what I could see. Very unprofessional. It’s not the first time either. More than 5 cars just pulled away as well.
