I was told that I was not allowed to get a To-go water with my To-go meal because you all reserve the branded cups for paid drink machine beverages only. That is absolutely absurd. I was given a tiny clear disposable COCKTAIL cup, which was probably less than 8oz, with NO lid. I politely requested a proper lid because I can not drive with it, and was denied because yall intentionally bought cheap cocktail cups that don't come with a lid. I'm less upset about the insulting size of the cup, but more irritated that as a paying customer yall are taking away my freedom to decide what I want to drink. I should not be forced to purchase a fountain soda/juice if I genuinely want water. This place is too expensive for you all to pull a cheap stunt like this. If customers want a To-go water with their To-go meal, a To-go cup WITH A LID needs to be provided. As a person who has worked in the service industry for years, DO BETTER! And no I don't blame the staff, I blame the manager for allowing this.
