Anyways, I went to this Taco Bell on 12/29/2025 and my experience was AWFUL. And this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here. First off to start, I am a doordasher and this specific Taco Bell takes 20 minutes after the driver arrives to finally give out the order. Then, there's what happened last night, me and my bf went through the drive thru around 4:30 pm (pre dinner rush) and there was only one car ahead of us yet we still waited probably 3-5 minutes for someone to take our order, then while ordering, the employee stopped responding in the middle of the order. Made us repeat the whole order 🙄Okay whatever, we finally get our food probably about 4:50 and we head home. I got the #12 (cantina chicken burrito meal) and my bf got the #6 (2 chicken chalupa supremes meal) each came with a taco and mine came with chips and cheese. The chips were so disgusting I made my bf try one and he said their frying oil has to be at least 4 days old (he has previously worked as a line cook/fry cook) They were literally inedible. If you have ordered any of the cantina chicken items, you know they all come with the avocado verde salsa sauce, the green sauce. Well I didn't get any green sauce and that broke my heart. Then I take a bite of my burrito and it's 70% purple cabbage (which I DESPISE) So I just ate the tacos. The cherry on top was today (12/30/2025) I have not ate anything all day and when I finally go to eat dinner, #1 I'm still not hungry (very weird I am usually always hungry) #2 the smell of my delicious hibachi made me nauseous and #3 I could barely swallow, I was in a restaurant so I kept my cool but when I got home I tried to have a piece of sushi and I immediately threw up! Pretty sure that's food poisoning! If you really want Taco Bell go to Pepperell pkwy or ANY of the Auburn locations. 👎
