Opelika Taco Bell has the worst service in Alabama. The order is always short or wrong. This has always been a problem. They all need to be fired including managers. I guess the manager never checks the reviews. Rating is 0, worst in Alabama

Took 1 hour waiting. Guys in the back were watching TikTok instead of working. We left and went to Guthries. Guthries is way better. They actually get things done.
