  Good grief ya’ll. Out of tater tots, out of hamburger buns and out of Route 44 cups. I order a $6 smash burger combo no mayonnaise. Sorry we are out of large buns would you like a hot dog instead? No I don’t have want a hot dog. So I ask if they have other buns. Yes the chicken sandwich buns. I’m thinking why is this even an issue. Just put it on the buns you have. So I say that’s fine and remind her again of no mayonnaise. I leave and find I have a fried chicken sandwich slopped full of mayonnaise. You can’t even salvage the lettuce or pickles because it has so much mayo. The receipt even says no mayo. 🤦🏻‍♀️ they are out of tater tots so they substituted fries which would have been ok if they weren’t cold and hard. I wanted a Route 44 drink and again was out of the cups. So instead of the $6 smash burger combo I thought I was getting I got a $9 chicken sandwich full of mayonnaise and cold fries. Needless to say it all went in the trash. The cashier never once looked at me while at the window much less spoke to me. Sounded like someone’s kid was inside the restaurant pitching a fit. This place used to be good but the last few times I have came the wait is terrible, the food is mediocre and the customer service is non existent. I should have paid attention to the reviews. The management here responds to bad reviews with a standard message of would you like to escalate it to corporate instead of taking accountability and trying to fix things. The Sonic’s in Auburn are so much better.

  Employees can’t serve the customers that come in. They can only serve drive through which has a mile long line that isn’t moving.

  I placed a mobile order, got to sonic and checked right in. I waited a total of 20 min before a team member arrived. Although, she was nice my burger was completely wrong. First off it was super sloppy due to the heavy mayo and mustard. I ordered the sonic smasher with no pickles and as you can see in the photo, the order was wrong. I waited 8 more minutes for an employee to correct the order only to find out I have two bottom buns. I suggest whoever is expediting food should double check orders before bagging. If you’re going to have your customers waiting over 10-15min for “fast food “ the least you could do is apologize and have their order correct. Also hire someone who actually cares and is experienced in preparing food.

  This is easily the slowest restaurant in the state of Alabama. I could have went to a sit down restaurant and eaten a 4 course meal in the time it took to get 3 drinks.
