The franchise will not respond to requests for customer service either. Have contacted customer service several times, and with no resolution. The store now does not open on Saturdays at normal hours. Today I stoped to order a blast on the app and after 30 minutes I knocked on the door to only find out it was not going to be made due to mold in the machine. If the machine was cleaned correctly each day this would not happen. The bad service and poor product starts with management and tools down hill. I have asked several time to talk to the franchise owner and have never received any contact. So my opinion is that it would be best to go somewhere else, as I was told to do by the manager.

My husband and I just went to get 2 chocolate milkshakes and they were absolutely horrible it tasted like sour milk we could not even drink them totally wasted our time and money here.
