  So sad when you drive up and see our beautiful American flag in such sad shape. The AU and Alabama flags are in alot better shape and its just sad to me to see no pride taken in that flag. Falling apart and the bottom of the flag actually tied to the flag pole. I've been going to this restaurant since it opened and here lately the building just looks like its not being cleaned or taken care of. I love the food but the state of the flag and building makes or a sad atmosphere.

  The lady on takeout was amazing with helping me over the phone. She was so sweet, and made sure I had everything I needed!

  Horrible experience. Sat at the bar with my wife. Ordered drinks and meals. Everything seemed to be going ok..but when it took 25 minutes just to get a dinner salad...I questioned it with the bartender. I was told hey it's Friday night and we're busy. At that point I stopped the manager and it was 44 min since we Ordered. The manager seemed uninterested in taking care of our concerns. This is the 3rd time I've gone to outback in the last 6 months at different locations that has been awful experiences. I would rather wait at Texas Roadhouse than ever visit another outback. No wonder unit sales are so down...for a once very good brand! It's such a Shame!! Paid for our drinks never got served our food! The bartender should be replaced..I own a business and she would never treat a guest like I was treated!

  I haven’t been here in years. Decided to come for my birthday. I got the Alice Springs chicken. The meal was just “okay”. There was nothing special. The chicken was a little dry but otherwise okay. My cesar side salad was very salty. My husband got the steak. However, despite ordering it well done it came out rare. We sent it back twice and in the end it came back with only half of the steak well done and other half was still rare. He gave up on being able to eat the steak. I was completely done eating my meal at this point and my husband was completely over it and was ready to go. The waitress and staff were completely nice to us and we did like the overall atmosphere. I just wish things went more smoothly since it was my birthday. Not sure if I’m going to return anytime soon.

  Took our dad to outback for hus very first time, Awesome experience! food was awesome, dad had never even heard of a blooming onion!(86 years old), and loved it!, But the stare of the evening was a server named Kylan, very kind, understand, constantly kept a check on us, and my dad! Even welcomed my dad to Outback for the first time! we will be back, and we will be looking for kylan, if every restaurant had a kylan, people would truly enjoy going out to eat more often! All stars to Kylan for making our night awesome! THANK YOU KYLAN! AND THANK YOU OUTBACK dad's 86, he loved all of it!!
